He has not done anime roles yet, but I remember him from creating a buzz in January for his role in NHK drama, ) with Sakamoto Maaya, released at Tokyo International Anime Fair in 2012. Matsumoto Jun Matsumoto Jun is another member from Arashi and he has had many live action manga / anime roles, proving his anime-like good looks. I ws not able to find any anime / manga related work he has done, but I was able to find his crossdressing photo. Ikuta Toma Although Ikuta is not a member of Arashi, he is another Johnny's Entertainment actor. When you can pull off the ultimate Japanese playboy, it definitely means something as a mele actor. Ohno Satoshi The multi-talented leader of Arashi came in 8th, dropping from 5th last year.
Other than acting and singing, he also choreographs many of Arashi's songs.
The end of the year starts counting down now and with it comes the unending stream of polls, surveys, and lists.
Which makes it a good time to check back in with Japan entertainment to see how the tastes have changed, if any, after a bustling 2014 worth of doramas and movies.

Don't be alarmed if you randomly get replies to comments you posted a long time ago. But it made me realize just how long it's been since I've watched a twdrama. I'm a little less sure of Yusuke as Hiro (not that I don't love him, but it just doesn't seem right to me... ), and then they wind up in bed together (I'm not sure why or how, but it happens). Plus, they're all laughey, and do weird dances, and seriously, OTP. I'm not exactly sure how it works), so I inevitably have to dress girly and fancy.
It IS a jdrama, I've got to expect some awkwardness)I'm watching the raw for Atashinchi no Danshi episode 8 streaming since I can't possibly wait until the torrent is finished (only at 70% and it's been going for 5 or so hours). Anyway, smallish picspam (it occurred to me that I still haven't posted the picspam for episode 6)...
They're crappy, but I SO have a few caps from the beginning that made me jump up and down like the rabid fangirl that I am... (note, that is literally what I said, outloud, to myself, when I saw this)I am going to go home tonight, and immediately download this episode, and OMG I cannot wait. (btw, I totally stole these caps from )I should also mention that I totally didn't get to comments yesterday because I went home, and almost immediately fell asleep. I didn't wake up late for work though, so that's good. ALSO; COMMENTS - the most recent ones I'll reply to tomorrow.
So much so that I basically refuse to watch the anime or the twdrama because I would immediately hate them because they are not jdrama H&C. But now that she's sick, all the tragedy is going to start. I fear any comments I make will be full of flail and won't make sense.
I haven't cried yet (I did get a little misty when Saku's grandfather died though), but maybe soon. I am filled with inordinate amounts of glee from Atashinchi no Danshi, which is ruling my life. I like twdrama plots better, but nothing beats jdramas in sheer glee-making. But I HAVE been slowly trying to get through them during the day at work.
I watched the first episode of Hn H 2 raw, and while I have only gleaned the very basics from my viewing, I can say that I ship Hotaru so so so so much with Osamu's character. I always knew Hotaru and Takano were OTP, but I never understood why. In the first episode we have Seno (Osamu's character) piggybacking Hotaru when she's drunk (OTP!!!! Also Tomorrow I'm invited to an awards ceremony at work (where I may, or may not be getting an award...
